What kind of results should we expect?

Do you design the emails too?

Yes. We handle everything end-to-end: strategy, copywriting, design, and the technical setup in Klaviyo or Omnisend. You don't need a separate designer or developer.
How long does onboarding take?

We move quickly. After our kickoff call, core automated flows are usually built, designed, and live within two to three weeks. Campaigns start right away.
What if we're not an ecommerce brand?

Our sweet spot is DTC ecommerce, but we occasionally work with SaaS and B2B companies if the fit is right. Reach out and we'll be honest about whether we can help.
Can we cancel anytime?

What platforms do you work with?

Most of our clients are on Klaviyo or Omnisend, but we also have experience with Mailchimp, Sendlane, and Drip. We're platform-agnostic — we go where the data and deliverability are best for your brand.
Do you handle SMS too?

Yes. For brands where SMS makes sense, we integrate it into the overall retention strategy. It's not a separate service — we treat email and SMS as one coordinated system.
